OpenAI's Revenue Chief Exits After Just Months on the Job
OpenAI's chief revenue officer Denise Dresser is leaving the company in the coming weeks, according to a note she posted on LinkedIn, citing a desire to pursue other opportunities. Dresser had only joined in December after serving as CEO of Slack, and had taken on additional responsibilities earlier this year when former COO Brad Lightcap shifted into a special-projects role.
Wiz president and COO Dali Rajic will step in as the new CRO, OpenAI confirmed.
Dresser's exit is the second high-profile departure announced this week alone, following Lightcap's own move away from operational leadership. It also adds to a longer list of recent exits, including former AGI lead Fidji Simo and OpenAI's former CMO, fueling ongoing speculation about instability at the top of the company even as it races to scale revenue and infrastructure.
